2. Personalised Plan Creation

Following your initial consult, Yiani designs a fully customised nutrition and strength plan tailored to your needs and goals

3. Second Consultation

Once your plan is ready, you’ll return for a second session where you’ll be guided through your program step by step.

4. Choose Your Level of Support

Self-Paced Support
Follow your personalised plan at your own pace, with check-ins booked as needed.


App-Based Guided Support
Access your program through our fully tracked app, with weekly schedule updates, daily progress tracking, and direct access to Yiani for feedback and support.

5. Ongoing Progress & Support

Our flexible system ensures you receive the right level of support to match your goals, lifestyle, and needs.
