Yiani Pana holds a Bachelor of Human Movement & Health Science, a Bachelor of Sports Education, teacher registration with the Teachers Registration Board, and a Diploma of Clinical Nutrition, with over 33 years of martial arts experience and 20 years of coaching.
Yiani specialises in nutrition, strength & conditioning, and injury recovery. Using sports science tools such as body composition scans and blood analysis, he identifies nutritional deficiencies and key areas of focus to create personalised nutrition and training plans tailored to each individual.
Yiani’s passion for helping others is deeply personal. After recovering from a serious spinal injury that forced him to adapt his training and approach to health, he learned firsthand the power of resilience, education, and smart progression. This experience shaped his philosophy to adapt and succeed, a principle that now guides the way he supports every client.
Outside of work, Yiani maintains an active lifestyle and trains daily. His interests include martial arts, gym training, running, swimming, cycling, yoga, boating, fishing, surfing, snowboarding, outdoor adventure, music, and playing his acoustic guitar.
